The WCA Admissions Process

At WCA, our admissions process is our way of helping you find the right fit for your student and your family. We want to feel confident in the direction God is guiding your family in terms of your child's education. Our step-by-step outline should help you know where you are in the process.

The New Family Application will be available here on January 31

1. Learn more about Watermark. Attend one of our information sessions to see our classrooms, hear from our leadership, and answer any of your questions. Our meetings will be held on October 22nd, December 4th and January 14th at 7pm.

2. Complete an application The application for the following year will be available in late January, and we will begin accepting applications on the last Monday in January. Applications will not be accepted early

3. Administrative Review of Applications Upon receiving your application and depending on classroom availability, the admissions team will contact you.

4. Schedule an Academic Evaluation WCA will initiate a formal family interview and student evaluation.

5. Send in a tuition deposit WCA will notify you of your enrollment status by email as soon as possible. Upon acceptance, a $400 deposit per student is required. This can be paid online or with a check. Checks should be made payable to Watermark Classical Academy with WCA Registration and student name on the memo line. Please mail checks to:
